To be fair, we have only tried this place once, but I don’t plan to go back. My son has fine thin hair which needs to be cut with scissors. I asked the barber how comfortable he was doing a full scissor cut before we started; he said no problem. My son likes his hair long and “surfer” shaggy, so I told the barber to leave it as long as possible and not to bring it up higher than his eyebrows, we just wanted it out of his eyes but still very long. The resulting cut was very short and almost looked like an old fashioned bowl cut in the front! The barber even switched to cutting with clippers part way through. I couldn’t stop the cut once started, but once it grows back out, we will go elsewhere.

Hit or miss – have had a couple bad haircuts recently. You need to make sure you pick the right barber there or things can get interesting. No longer a regular here due to that but still some good barbers there Haircut

We’ve been looking for a place that would do a good cut for our son (2yo), and have been really frustrated with all the “kids” places who just rush through despite our son sitting very well for haircuts. We tried Nick’s and we are SO HAPPY with the service we received. We finally got the stylish cut we were looking for, they paid great attention to detail and were so kind. Between Wags and Frank, they got you covered no matter what you need done. I’m sure the other barbers are good but frank an bwags work is truly phenomenal. I have not n will not search for or goto another barber, and not just out of sheer loyalty, which I do have there, but because of their skill and how it great it always comes out.. each time better than the last. I Absolutely recommend and encourage whomever wants a precise, quality cut to go to frank and or B Wags. They’re the best That I have ever seen and I have gone to many, many shops across the country. Plus, the environment is fun, laid back and very enjoyable, seats are comfortable and the TVs they will set to whatever you want to watch

#2 on the sides and leave a few inches on top…always the same request…always a different haircut! One guy likes to make the top really short except the front (revealing my 1″ scar), another guy who leaves it longer in the thinning areas and over the scar. Everyone else is usually somewhere in between that. The hair cuts look fine, and they are nice folks.
