Actually went for eyeliner tattoo w/ Jackie and was very pleased with her customer service, friendliness, and professional excellence. My comfort and satisfaction was her priority. She did not make me feel rushed at all. Outcome was excellent as well, plus her aftercare instructions were clear, reinforced, and offered in written form as well. 2 weeks from now I will review her follow up visit and state of my tattoo product. They just good for chit chatting. Jenna is the worst there. She couldn’t style my hair, said that she doesn’t know how they will behave since I’m not a regular customer????. She couldnt do a french braid on my daughter’s hair, because theu were too slippery….??? They are asking lots of money for the poor service.
