Horrible business. I had 2 visits without any new client paperwork and they blamed me! No front desk and poor lash stylist didn’t know what to do. Their policy is to charge deposits before each visit! I’ve never heard of that, clearly a small business barely making it. Now they have to cancel my appts because “it’s not a good fit and find another facility” unprofessional and wouldn’t call me to discuss… wow! Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! Very low class and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time. They don’t know how to run a business. Stay away!
