Critical: QualityMy husband got me a gift card here for my birthday since he couldn’t remember where I typically go for massage. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue and was highly disappointed. I’ve had several deep tissue massages and this actually felt like one of the light back rubs my daughter gives me. My husband got me a gift card here for my birthday since he couldn’t remember where I typically go for massage. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue and was highly disappointed. I’ve had several deep tissue massages and this actually felt like one of the light back rubs my daughter gives me. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityOn Saturday at 10 am I had a hair appointment with Anthony. The reception let him know when I arrived. At 10:15 I had not been seen so I asked the receptionist how long it would be. She said that Anthony had been double booked for my appointment time but it would just be a few more minutes. At 10:25 I had still not been seen nor had anyone said anything to me, so I left. Later that day I called and asked to speak with one of the owners to get his recommendation for a new stylist. I was told that I could not speak with either of them and that I had to speak with the manager. I left my name and number but she never returned my call. On Monday I called and spoke with the manager and was told by her that I could not leave a message for the owners as they do not speak with customers.
