I did not have a stylist in mind, because I recently moved from out of town to this area. I really loved my stylist and will be hoping to book another appointment in the future! My stylist’s name was Pedro and he made it such a great experience. He took his time during the consult to make sure he knew exactly what I was asking for. To be honest, I had booked a last-minute appointment because I desperately needed a trim – I wasn’t looking for anything really special. That said, after he was done I was so pleased with the haircut I got! Pedro listened carefully to what I was hoping for, made helpful suggestions, and did a beautiful job with a haircut that worked great for my hair type. He gave helpful suggestions also about how to style it in the future in different ways. I left with a haircut that I was pleasantly surprised by – only surprised because I hadn’t thought I would be that excited about it when I initially booked the appointment. I recently had an appointment here for a haircut. I did not have a stylist in mind, because I recently moved from out of town to this area. I really loved my stylist and will be hoping to book another appointment in the future! My stylist’s name was Pedro and he made it such a great experience. Critical: QualityI would not recommend this place for nails and especially eyebrow wax.The person who did my nails did not really know what she was doing. She took 30 mins just to cut and file my nails even after all these time the nails don’t seem even at all. Nail polish also applied uneven. For Eyebrow wax, the first time she cleaned them with wax and asked me to check my brows and see if I like it. It was uneven and it’s not all clean. She applied with the wax again, I asked if you can use the tweeter for the fine eyebrows. She told me ok but she used wax over and over again. My eyelid were irritated and was sensitive for 4 days!!! I have never experienced anyone used wax more then once in the same area around eyes. Eye skins are so sensitive. Super unprofessional!!!! Olivia completely revitalized my hair and allowed me to keep more length than I ever thought possible. I left feeling really great. Definitely found my new stylist!
