Critical: Professionalism, QualityA family member called and made any appointment for today at noon. When she arrived and older asian woman took her in. Didn’t dhare any pricing until she started doing the work which included a broken nail. As the person was picking the color she wanted the employee told her “that wont look good” than asked her where she normally gets her nails done. She replied a friend does them in the valley for $60 including holographic and rhinestone art. The female employee had the nerve and unprofessional remark, ” you should go with her” on top of that she tried to charge $5 dollars for every single rhinstone regardless of size. She was very rough despite being told the broken nail had split her down nail. I RECOMMEND Cali when you’re coming in for an eyebrow wax or wax in general. She is extremely patient and does not rush. Definitely takes her time and makes sure clients are well waxed. It can take a while, but it’s worth it. Who wants messed up eyebrows ? I promise you, the results are amazing and she is deserving of more tips. Her name is Cali guys, she’s great!!

This was my first time coming here. This place is very close to my home so I thought I would try it out since I only had to remove my acrylic nails. I walked in and as usual they ask what you need. I replied just to take off my nails. They asked no manicure?, I said no. There was a girl available and she just sat at her station. I thought she would call me but never did. A couple of minutes later, a woman comes in and they ask her what she needs. She said pedicure. So the girl who had been avaible at her station gets up and starts getting ready for the lady. I was clearly there before and the woman never said she had a prior appointment so it really bothered me. 20 minutes later I ask how much longer and they say 5 minutes (lie) and I ask does everyone here know how to take off acrylic nails and the reply was I’m almost done we are busy. I said I know but my question is, does everyone in here know how to take them off? I still got no reply. One of the customers actually replied and said of course everyone knows how to. I said okay well I was in here waiting and nobody helped me but then someone else came after me and she got seated right away. The staff said nothing. Never coming here again. The wait was also uncomfortable because the chairs are against the window and your back and neck burn. As I wait someone else comes in and they get the water started right away. SMH.
