The woman doing my nails was VERY meticulous, which I do appreciate, but the appointment took hours just for a simple manicure. I was with my mom and sister, who both started their appointments after mine, yet they both finished before me and had to wait quite some time for me to be done. My manicurist also made me bleed a little. The nails are super cute, though, and have been very sturdy and lasting.

I absolutely loved coming here. It was fast efficient and well done. I feel bad I didn’t get the name of the girl who did my nails but she was amazing. She looked at what I wanted took a picture on her phone and made great recommendations. I also asked her to take care of my cuticles because they were so bad and she took her time. Now my nail beds look so good! I also appreciated that she did the math of how much it was going to cost infront of me. No extra charges and very transparent. Will definitely be coming back.

Since moving to Hayward recently, this has been my go to for all grooming needs – they do it all – nails, waxing, eyebrows, facial, haircut, styling, makeup. The owner Kathy told me she can do a body massage as well. It’s truly a one stop shop and I’m grateful for it since I really don’t have the time or patience to go to different places for different services. If you go during off hours, there is no wait and Kathy herself takes care of you. Prices are reasonable and they often have good discounts as well.
