I know that this place is usually very busy on Sunday and the chance of getting the same day appointment was rare, however I called and luckily they were able to get me in. End up still have to wait 20 min after the appointment time but it was fine because they were running behind.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. They were out of 3 colors I picked so I gave up with color. 30 minutes for a pedicure . She did no massage, put oil on my legs rubbed up and down and was done. The gal clearly not happy. You could tell she didn’t want to do my pedicure. My mother waited 20 minutes for someone to come attend to her. Will never go back. They didn’t seems to care at all. I get pedicures monthly and this was awful!! I would give zero stars if I could.

This makes me both sad and angry to write. I’ve been to this place several times. They have never been my favorite but my usual places were busy and I didn’t make an appt so I completely understood. I came here 3 weeks ago and I had asked the nail tech to take off a couple nails since they were lose and my hair was getting stuck in them. She said “it’s okay, I just glue it down again”. She’s the professional so I trusted her. I went back today since I had to go to winco and decided last min to get my nail errand done with. As soon as this nail tech (different one from last time) took the polish off, the nails the previous employee re glued were green and black!!! It was so gross! I was told it’s a fungus from water getting under there and then having the old nail just glued back on. Long story short, I went to pay and was told it was $55. $45 for a new set and $10 to take off the old set. I only tipped $10 because I was a little irritated about this whole nail fungus situation. I’ve been getting my nails done every 2-3 weeks for the last 24 years. (I have never had fungus before! ) but I appreciated the fact that they admitted it was their mistake. When I got home, I was looking through my transactions for today and noticed they charged my card $90! I called and I asked how much a full set and take off is and again I was told $55. So when I told them about my card being charged nearly double that, she instantly hung up. I was livid. I chilled out for 10 mins and called back but I think they closed early since it’s Sunday. Now I have to go to my bank and dispute the charge. What upsets me the most is the nail tech said they won’t charge me for taking off the set since it was their fault (she said they rush when they are busy ♀️) and then double charge me and proceed to hang up when I called very calmly/nicely asking for a $45 refund. I definitely won’t be going back.

My daughter came in to get her nails done for the first time. She was quoted $45 over the phone for a full acrylic set. When she left, she was charged $65. I just called to ask them how much a full set is and she said $45 and $5 if they are almond shape and long. I let her know her nails are very very short and that she was also charged $10 for “long nails”. As soon as I let the first woman on the phone know what was going on, she quickly gave the phone to someone else who said it’s $5 addl for long nails. Again, I had to tell them they are VERY short nails. The woman said “oh you need to talk to the manager but they are not in. I asked when they will be in and she laughed and said “Oh not for a long time”. As soon as I mentioned that I am an attorney and will send them a legal notice via certified mail, she hung up. I have the entire call recorded and will be reporting this to the BBB along with 2 other legal actions. It makes me irrate how they take advantage of a 13 year old like that and then pretends like they cannot understand ANY english once this issue was brought up. Extremely disappointed with this business. 0/10 recommended.
