I needed to get a new set of nails and the place I usually go to was closed. So I took a Chance and went here big mistake! not happy at all the shape is so weird!! I won’t be going back next time I will just wait to get an appointment with woodland nails. they do a much better job also the lady hurt me a couple times I never have that problem at woodland nails..

This was my third pedicure at this store. The first two were fine. The last time, Leo did my nails and did a great job. When he was done he asked me to wait 5 minutes for them to dry. 15 minutes later he checked again and said 5 more minutes. He then went and started a manicure for another customer. 30 minutes later, I decided to just leave. I’d been sitting for 45 minutes (after him being done). There was only one other customer in the store so it wasn’t like they were busy. Crazy!

I used to come here and they were great, but the girl I had moved and then it nose dived. Paint chipped same day, got a new girl who had a snotty attitude. Appointment at 10 when they open at 9,, no one there. Twice came at 9, no one showed up until after 9 30. I’m now going to a new place, this place is awful !!

The first few times a visited this spa, I was beyond pleased. The outcome had been great, but the customer service was only mediocre. About a month ago, my mother and I made an appointment at 9:00a.m. which is when it opens. When we arrived there were two women working, but my mom was the only one who received service. They told me multiple times that they would be with me soon, but soon turned out to be 10:30. Once the woman finally began doing my acrylics, she got up multiple times to do other things. She then proceeded to put my acrylics on crooked (one even got glued to the side of my finger). When she finally finished 2 and a half hours later, my nails were uneven, crooked, and clumpy. I wasted half of my day getting nails that I couldn’t even keep on. I spent 4 hours at this nails salon for a pretty terrible set of acrylics.

I go in for a “dipped” manicure regularly, and a Pedicure about every 1 1/2 months. I am happy with their service! Anytime I have had any issue, they are quick to resolve it & happy to do so.

I’ve been to this nail salon several time. I’ve had regular nail polish, gel and acrylics done. All have been great. Especially the acrylic. There was one time an older gentleman did my nails and he made my nails so thin they broke as soon as they grew, but I haven’t seen him in a long while. Other then that every nail artist has been kind and does a great job. They even ask a lot how I like what they are doing.

I’m pretty picky when it comes to my nails because no matter where I’ve gone it seems they don’t care to file and shape the nails properly and that irritates me. This place was clean, everyone was friendly and my tech did a good job in my feet and hands. My daughter was also pleased with the outcome of her Mani/pedi.

So I liked the chairs and desks set up, but I did not like the service. The price was cheaper than other places though. But the woman I went with was rude, and wouldn’t really listen to what I wanted. She would hurt me and so when I flinched from pain she would snap at me. She also touched her feet and shoes and then asked for my hand…which grossed me out of course. I dont think I’ll be returning.
