Tina is the best! She takes the time to make sure your nails are done beautifully and will ask if you like them before proceeding to the next step (so no excuse if you’re unhappy with your nails!). Drove from 50 miles away because I saw they had decent reviews. Looked busy when I walked in so I expected to wait a little. But I waited an hour and a half and no one touched my nails. The lady kept saying “I’ll be done in just a couple more minutes.” Said that to me three times. Obviously they just want your money and have no respect for your time. Someone should have just been honest and said I’m sorry it’s going to be a very, very long wait. So then I could have looked for somewhere else to go.

My mom had a horrible experience and will not be back. They took advantage of her naivety and made her pay $20 extra for gel on her toenails after she repeatedly told them NO she didn’t want gel. Not sure how these people sleep at night after ripping off customers like this. The only reason they are getting business is because it’s one of only two nail salons in Buckhannon.

Tina and her staff at Nice Nails always try to accommodate what you want . I love my nails longer than most people wear and this salon has done the best job than other places I have been. First time going here and I got acrylic claw shape names with my ring fingers a different paint color all for $52. That is insanely cheap and they are beautiful! I can’t remember the ladies name who did my nails though.

The fastest pedicure I’ve ever had in my life! I got my 5 year old a pedicure and had her nails painted and I had a pedicure and had a fill in.. it cost $110. All of my daughters polish except one was off by the next morning and my sister in laws shellac was off one nail the next day! Not to mention how bad the guy in the hurts your fingers when filing! We will not be returning. My sister and I were both bleeding by the time we left.
