Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe lady was rude keep talking in her language when I told her this isn’t want i want I showed her this picture of my nails 2yrs ago and she had them looking crazy then I told her it was way to much white so she cute them almost all the way off left stuff all on the sides and under and when I notices my nail was still showing and asked her about it she got upset again and put the stuff on top of it then told me to go wash my hands and added the top cost and told me to go dry them. It came out so bad I wanted to cry this was done for my birthday and she messed them up so bad. Don’t go their she is horrible. WORST place I have ever been to. Made my fingers bleed. Half of my nails broke off 5 minutes after leaving and I tried to get a refund. They wouldn’t give me a refund. They were all so RUDE. NEVER go here

I was so disappointed with my dip nails. The man that did mine obviously didn’t take any pride in his work. He did it simply because it’s his job. He even said as much. Oh he was nice enough I guess. Wasn’t rude or anything, but is that really enough. I spent a lot if money in there this morning. Money I work hard for. I simply won’t waste my money this way.

I had an opportunity to get up and go to a different spa. The people absolutely allow other walk in to just walk right ahead of me. Each time a new customer came in they lead them to the pedicure room. Neither one of them had an appointment. The three of us were walk-ins, I felt that my money was not wanted because of my BLACKNESS or the syndrome of Go To The Back Of The Bus. I will not return and I will share my experience as long as I live. I will discouraged my family and friends , my voice will be heard.

I sat there for over a hour for a pedicure and when they finally spoke to us they had the water so hot I could even put my feet in. It was liked that for another thirty minutes and still no one acknowledged my request. I asked twice about it and the guy was so rude. Never going there again!
