Absolutely horrible. My nails aren’t the same length, all of the polish is uneven/streaky, polish/acrylic left all over my cuticles, was cut about 3 different times, nails are super bumpy, and parts of my nails are missing polish. Went in for a walk in pedicure and paid $60 for a 30 minute pedicure with no callous removal. The gentleman who did my pedicure cut my cuticles down to the point that they were bleeding and I was crying out in pain. When i told him it was hurting he said “i know, I’m nearly done” and carried on. Both of my big toes were infected and sore for weeks after. I really wanted to like it here as I have a few friends that have had really positive experiences, but that unfortunately was not the case for me.

I will never go here again. I’ve been a few times in the past and they’ve done an okay job on my pedicures, but this time, my pedicure was rushed and looks terrible. Once I got home I was able to look at my toes up close and found that my nails were cut unevenly and not filed down and the polish is everywhere, all over the cuticle that was poorly cut. I called after I realized how bad it was and was denied a refund. Not to mention it’s not the cleanest place. Do not spend your hard earned money at this place.

Very nice lady, but every time I try to call, or walk in to get my nails done. She turns me away and says she’s to busy. Come on, “Every Single Time!!!!” I tried for two months, and gave up . Horrible horrible , they turn down money they need to hire more people or make a change or something…..

Tony is no longer there and last time I had a pedicure there it was good. Whats with these uptight owners? I was always kind and friendly. Maybe thats why I didn’t get what I wanted

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis was the sloppiest and most brutal set of acryllics I have ever gotten. Every single one of my fingers are bleeding and every nail is a different size/thickness. I’ve been getting coffin shaped nails at 1/3 of an inch length for years but here he refused to cut the nail to the length I wanted with the style I asked for because “it can’t be done”. So not only are they long and uncomfortable but they also are just square not coffin. And what’s more, my bleeding cuticles are all covered in paint, my 6 year old has a steadier hand.
