Nice Nails

Critical: ProfessionalismI was going to try this place out for the first time today and it’s safe to say that I will NOT be going back. When I walked into the building I was the only customer there. The employees were respectful but I CAN’T say the same for the owner. This woman began to yell at both employees at the top of her lungs complaining about how there was no business because they don’t know how to do their jobs right. She yelled at them for a good while knowing full well that I was inside and could hear everything. She then attempted to apologize to me while still continuing to complain about how “bad” her employees were. She kept trying to justify her complaints by bashing her employees even more. I told her it was unprofessional of her to act that way in front of a customer and that she made me feel very uncomfortable. She then said that if I didn’t like her actions that I could leave. So I did, even though I had already been sat down and had my feet in the water. Even while I was getting up from the chair, she continued to yell at the employees. I was going to try this place out for the first time today and it’s safe to say that I will NOT be going back. When I walked into the building I was the only customer there. The employees were respectful but I CAN’T say the same for the owner. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityTerrible customer service! First of all, they had me soaking for a long time, pedicure was lousy, the foot massage lasted for a minute . According to the sign on the door, they accept debit cards. Upon trying to pay, they said that they do not accept cards, like, who doesn’t accept cards nowadays!? Terrible customer service! First of all, they had me soaking for a long time, pedicure was lousy, the foot massage lasted for a minute . According to the sign on the door, they accept debit cards. Upon trying to pay, they said that they do not accept cards, like, who doesn’t accept cards nowadays!? Positive: CleanlinessI been getting my nails done here at this place for a long time now and all I can say is there very respectful and really do a great job on there nails… they actually dont break really quick..I will always continue getting my nails done at this place
