I went on a Thursday at about 4pm. I waited about 10 minutes for a manicure and pedicure. It was very nice and the place was clean. Prices are clearly posted near the door. A scrub and massage is included in the cost of the pedicure. They really take a long time (a good thing!) massaging your legs with the scrub and then lotion. The massage chairs have a lot of features. There are a lot of options for paint and color. It is now 6 days later and my regular manicure pedicure is still holding up without a chip! The woman who worked on my nails kept checking to see if they were completely dry and recommended that I not leave until they were. I’ve been gardening and playing with kids and going to festivals and I can’t believe that my nails are still okay. They also gave a rewards card that gets you a dollar amount off, if you go a certain number of times-make sure to ask for it when you go in. I will be back.

Customer service was excellent , very friendly environment , shop was very clean all the ladies there were sweet BUT my no chip didn’t last 4 days. Not 1 not 2 not 3 but 4 nails were chipping away by day 5. So disappointed. I won’t go back. I feel ripped off. $33 plus $10 tip and my nails lasted less then a week.

Critical: ValueI was definitely over charged and skimped out on oil for my nails and feet. I didn’t even get lotion on my hands or oil for cuticles. I got charged extra for the style and French tip and length! Full set gel and pedicure $80 my polish messed up before I even left and sad about how much they charged

Horrible customer service! I had to return twice in less than a week to get my “no chip” chipped nails re polished & I the manager had the nerve to charge me the second time as if the sloppy job was my fault in the first place! The no chip gel nail application is supposed to last at least two weeks and normally last longer at my usual nail salon I go to. I’m pretty easy going so I just paid it and left but I will NEVER patronize this establishment again!
