Positive: QualityMy experience was amazing the establishment is so welcoming it’s peaceful it all gave me chills. I have never found a nail tech that could take care of my feet with out hurting me. I have the worse calus on my foot and people have hurt me trying to get it. The tech I had today did amazing. My experience was amazing the establishment is so welcoming it’s peaceful it all gave me chills. I have never found a nail tech that could take care of my feet with out hurting me. I have the worse calus on my foot and people have hurt me trying to get it. The tech I had today did amazing. I give this a 10 out of 10 and definitely do recommend I’m nobody but teller Moca sent you parking is great everyone is attentive and professional.

Horrible HORRIBLE nails. Went in for a new set. The man was so sloppy!!! Shape is bad and he didn’t smooth them out and made them waaaay too short, just started cutting without asking me length. I didn’t stay to have them painted I’ll do it myself. He didn’t shape or buff and no cuticle oil. Then said “pay me $18” just like that. Rude and sloppy. Do not waste your time or money. UPDATE: it’s been one day and 5 of my nails are already lifting around the edges… ONE DAY!. I had to reshape and buff them myself still haven’t had time to paint them and I’m on my way to a vacation. DO NOT GO HERE! They were rude and sloppy

Critical: ValueBeen to the salon twice..due to it not being busy..after requesting to see more colors the tech said that it was no other colors.Ok looked on the wall found the color self and requested it.After 3days my nail broke. And I noticed my shelliac nails was dull and discolorated. Been to the salon twice..due to it not being busy..after requesting to see more colors the tech said that it was no other colors.Ok looked on the wall found the color self and requested it.After 3days my nail broke. I love Nice Nails! Been going for a little over a year now, as long as you steer clear of the older gentleman everybody else does a wonderful job, they do great eyelash extension as well. They’re always really friendly, always ask me if I’m satisfied with my nails before I leave. In the time I’ve been going here only once was I dissatisfied and that was when I let the older gentleman do my nails, he burnt me and said nothing and he just did an awful job, he left me sitting there while he went out and had a smoke, very unprofessional, so now if he is the only one available i just wait until somebody else is.. I’ve had my nails done by them all and other than that one older man they all do a fantastic job

Do not spend your money here!!! Their name is Nice Nails, but they are everything but nice! They are rude, dirty, and they didn’t have anything to design the nails the way we would like them. (Except for nail polish.) They rushed my daughter through like they had a huge line, but there was only four people in the store. The only thing they did right was the nail shape. IT WAS A WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY!
