I just left there not even an a hour ago. They charged me 55 dollars for this! On top of them overcharging me my nails aren’t even clean. They are not the shape I wanted. When I told the lady who did my nails that she argued me and told me to just not come back. Very unpleasant experience and they did not care to make it right. Not worth it.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place is horrible they are very dirty and they argue with customers about what they want in their hands! You should want your customer to be happy when they leave PERIOD .! If they ask you to clean the nails up and make them better that should not be a debate.! Obviously they do this for a pay check and not because its a passion and dont nobody want to get they nails done by people like that.! I was argued with about the designs that I wanted on my nail. So I was unable to get what I wanted because the manager did not want to do it. My nails were done very sloppy. And when i Nicely let them know I was told. “You think they’re sloppy but we don’t” and neither of them wanted to look at them up close. Very disrespectful to me and argumentative about what I think the quality of the nails are. If you want something quick, cheap, and sloppy then this is your best bet.

I don’t know what any of these people are talking about in these comments. I don’t mean to sound negative but this is 100% the worst nail shop I’ve experienced yet. A friend of mine had her nails done here and was unsatisfied the next day with her nails so she called up there to see if someone could fix them. They were beyond rude on the phone as she was never to them even though she was the one who felt cheated. She came in and it continued. NO , NO ! One of the workers kept telling her when she asked to fix or refund. My friend was in a bit of a rush so she didn’t mind who fixed them just as long as it was done. TWO OTHERS sat around not working and refused to fix her nails. I get they weren’t the ones who did it but at the end of the day your business should be ran to ensure your guests satisfaction. I, along with another lady was baffled by the way the ladies spoke to my friend. Very argumentative and not allowing her to get a word in edge wise. It was beyond ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. Let alone their overall work is about a 4/10. Please don’t waste your money or TIME that they care none about.

I wish I could give a 0 rating. Let’s start with The guy telling me to take a seat. So I did and The chair seat was broken so I embarrassingly fell off. The acrylic was stuck to my skin underneath the tips. And not even a week went by and the acrylic literally popped off. I have never had issues with the quality of my nails being done. I will never go back and I suggest nobody else does either!

Last visit and never again! The owner was nice but the nail tech Tina is very unprofessional and rude! I literally almost had to curse her out for the horrible, lumpy azzz job she did! Do not recommend to anyone and suggested to the owner to terminate that employee because she is definitely a liability to her business!
