Nice Nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThey had their 4 year old (guessing age) running around being a kid and they were not yelling but making the kid scream. The ambiance was not conducive for a salon setting. The pedicure was mediocre. Polish on my skin around nail, no callus removal. The manicure was done haphazardly. He filed the same nail 5 times was watching a you tube video and did not cut my cuticles. I stopped him before he could paint my nails. I paid and left. They had their 4 year old (guessing age) running around being a kid and they were not yelling but making the kid scream. The ambiance was not conducive for a salon setting. The pedicure was mediocre. Polish on my skin around nail, no callus removal. The manicure was done haphazardly. He filed the same nail 5 times was watching a you tube video and did not cut my cuticles. I stopped him before he could paint my nails. I paid and left. Will never go back.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityIn the area on vacation. I called hours before and they said I had to have an appointment. Cool, no problem I made one. However I arrived about 10 mins before my appointment and they had taken 2 WALK INS before me. For one they never even greeted or acknowledged me, I had to walk up and interrupt to ask them if I was at the right place and how much longer it would be due to dinner plans. I waited at least a half hour before even getting service for a simple manicure WITH an appointment! I was probably better off walking in like the others. However I was very pleased with the lady from Russia who did my nails I never got her name and I was happy with my French manicure. She did an amazing job! That’s about the only good thing I could say about the place. If it wasn’t for her I would of walked out and they wouldn’t of got a penny from me!In the area on vacation. In the area on vacation. I called hours before and they said I had to have an appointment. Cool, no problem I made one. However I arrived about 10 mins before my appointment and they had taken 2 WALK INS before me. For one they never even greeted or acknowledged me, I had to walk up and interrupt to ask them if I was at the right place and how much longer it would be due to dinner plans. I had a great experience here!! They were the only place open today, so i didnt know what to expect, but i was pleasantly surprised. My nail tech was so silly and nice and did a great job on my acrylic tips and pedicure. I think his name was Ken or Kem. Critical: Quality, ValueI’m a Local went in to treat myself to a pedicure and a facial wax and they literally did a half a$$ job on both! They didn’t even remove my old polish entirely didn’t file my toe nails didn’t pumice my heels didn’t even apply polish on my whole toe nails there are places I can see my bare nail still. The water they used in my tub was scolding hot. Then I went back to get a facial waxing and they left all kinds of hair on face still. I had to go home and pluck everything they missed. They didn’t even remove my old polish entirely didn’t file my toe nails didn’t pumice my heels didn’t even apply polish on my whole toe nails there are places I can see my bare nail still.
