My first facial and I’m scarred for life. It’s been about a week and my nose is still recovering from the facial. Jean seemed very nice but she was way too aggressive when it came to cleaning the pores. I even told her that it was painful but she told me that it was necessary and simply part of the process. Heck, I didn’t know any better so I sucked up the pain. The fact that I’m still recovering from the skin damage is a major red flag and I definitely won’t be coming back here for another facial.
