As someone who has experienced chronic back spasms and injury pains, I find it extremely rewarding to help clients find some relief, and help people feel better. I am a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist in both North Carolina and South Carolina. After ten years in the customer service and customer relations field, I took a leap of faith to pursue a long, overlooked interest in massage and bodywork therapy. This small peak of interest has since become my beloved craft. I obtained my license in 2011 and I am passionate about massage and the healing effects that can be obtained through postural assessment, bodywork techniques, and body education and awareness.
