I received a text message telling me, “Please bring proof of Covid vaccine or proof of the previous infection, masks are required.” When I showed up with proof of previous infection, I was asked for my negative Covid test (that I have always provided in the past). I told her I didn’t have one because the message told me to bring proof of infection. First, I wasn’t believed. Then, when I showed the text message they sent to me, I was informed that their policy hadn’t changed and that I was to provide a negative test. I was a patient, following the instructions they sent to me (thinking they must have recently changed their policy), and I’m admonished for not doing precisely what their text message told me to do! No apology. Just told that their policy was NOT what their text message had instructed. If I didn’t absolutely love Julie’s work, I’d be reticent about returning to this office. When I’m doing what I’m told to do, and being chastised for it, it makes for a very unfriendly interaction. Maybe the receptionist was having a really, really hard day…but don’t take it out on the patients!

UNPROFESSIONAL. I have been a patient here for multiple years at first it was a pleasant experience however now it is impossible to get through to anyone on the phone at any location! I am a resident of Niagara Falls and was being seen at the Kenmore office and on two occasions because no one was answering the phone, I had to go out to the office to try to get in contact with someone in the office was closed. I am due to begin my second round of Accutane due to the first one not being fulfilled and completely finished because of the negligence of the office. no one ever acts like they know what’s going on in our not friendly or welcoming to helping you.

The office staff here should probably undergo some sort of training because they’re laughably bad. I would imagine that stems from the owners of the practice having no clue about how to run a businesses. I forgot a mask and they actually charge you $1 for one! I can’t believe a functioning medical practice is nickel and diming people. The best part is they’ll run your credit card for a dollar so between processing fees and the time it takes to run they’re likely losing money to teach you a lesson lol. Someone should probably take a business class or something.

I’ve never been one to complain about a business but I’ve lost my patience with Niagara dermatology. Im supposed to be getting a skin check this upcoming Thursday at the Kenmore location. It took forever to get this appointment as I had to call SEVERAL times in order for someone to even pick up the phone and help me schedule it and then I had to wait almost 2 months to get in to get seen. Unfortunately I can’t attend my appointment this Thursday as I’m having issues with my car and have to bring it in the shop so I’ll be without a car for the day. I’ve called at least 50 times today since they’ve opened in hopes of rescheduling and not once has someone answered the phone. I’ve left messages in hopes of getting called back and I don’t. Im unsure of what to do at this point and I don’t want to be charged for not being able to show up. This is extremely unprofessional and something needs to be changed.

I’ve been going here for a while and every single appointment I’ve had, something has gone wrong. Either they forget to send in medication, won’t answer the phone, won’t return messages, or they will cancel appointments without an explanation. So incredibly unprofessional and stressful on patients.

I never been here, but based off the reviews, I am extremely surprised my Doctor referred me to this office. Even the ONE “good” review I read, had complaints about the staff. I was to see Dr. Miller. I tryed calling and NO answers, locations are closed. I’ll be asking for a different location.

I went her once had a bas experience since Im in nfalls thought Id try agian i called to make an apt. . Girl was so rude and i has to call back and ahe new I was calling right back wouldnt pick up. I will never go here again. Your. Suppose to help people not. Push clients away. So sad for your bussiness

On Monday April 18, I had my annual check with Tiffany L. Mock. During the appointment I mentioned wanting to consult a plastic surgeon regarding a dilated pore between my eyes. Tiffany stated she could handle it by doing a punch biopsy. She assured me it was something she does frequently and it would leave a tiny scar. I trusted her and agreed to the procedure. 4 days later the stitch fell out completely in tact leaving a visible hole. I went to the office and Tiffany assured me the hole would fill in. It did not, I was left with a large hole between my eyes.
