The staff here is amazing and I have been twice now, one good experience and one not so much. I came in for a dip manicure and my nails ended up looking and feeling lumpy/bumpy/not smooth and looking like they didn’t have a top coat on. My nail tech was nice and redid my thumbs a few times but unfortunately they still ended up a mess. I had already been there for two hours and needed to leave, but for the price, my nails should look and feel better than this.

The people were kind but if you want long nails DON’T GO HERE. I went to a place out of town and my nail broke and went there to have them fix it. I knew going into it that the shape and color would be different and I was okay with that, But they put so much acrylic on my nail that it looks insane compared to my other work. Having to much acrylic can damage your nails and cause discomfort. They also didn’t put the acrylic close enough to my nail bed so it looks like it already needs a fill and she didn’t file the acrylic enough so it’s lumpy. the first two pictures are their work and the last two are the place I got out of town. You can see the difference in quality. I’m just glad I have the other nails around it so it blends in

I honestly hate to write a bad review and usually never do it. But I get nails done with acrylics/extensions all the time and never in my life have I had them break off so quickly like this so yeah I’m upset. I had one break off within 3 hours of getting this manicure so I went back right away the next morning to have them fix it.. FOUR DAYS later and ALL 10 nails are broken off. It’s like they didn’t even bond the glue to my nail at all bc I didn’t even feel a single one break. I can’t believe I paid for these to have every single one of them break off within four days. Disappointed is an understandment, this is honestly unacceptable.
