Critical: ProfessionalismWas hoping to find a new nail salon that is open on Sunday. I broke a nail and needed a quick fix on just one nail. I was a walk in. I said I could wait or come back later. That I was leaving town in morning and was desperate. Was told no, they won’t do that and they are too busy and go somewhere else, and literally waved out the door. There were 2 customers and 2 technicians in salon.I understand that this was last minute and I don’t know if they 10 people coming in. It was the way I was treated and spoken to. Was hoping to find a new nail salon that is open on Sunday. I broke a nail and needed a quick fix on just one nail. I was a walk in. I said I could wait or come back later. I literally just went in to this place. It’s about 10:30 Thursday morning. I wanted to get a nail fixed and color change. The ONLY lady in there who said she is the owner turned me away saying “I can’t do for you because I’m busy.” Mind you there was not one person in there besides her and now me. Then she said she only does people with short nails. I’ll never go here again.

I called ahead to make sure they were available for a fill. She said yes, so I came down to the shop. I began to look for a color, I usually take my time doing this, because not all colors I want are available. I looked for a color for maybe 7-10 minutes before the owner/woman doing my nails told me she cant do my nails!!! She said I took too long to pick a color. Mind you, there is not one other person in the shop, not one!! I have been getting my nails done for about 8 years and I’ve never felt rushed or pressed while selecting a color for a service I AM PAYING FOR!! I will never return or refer anyone I know here. She was rude, unpleasant, and very unprofessional. She wasted my time and gas!

Ma’ checks your temperature at the door and then send you straight to the sink to wash your hands!! Guards up and sanitizing like crazy. We already know they’re the best with your feet and nails but cleaning wise I rate them a 1000!!

A great place I frequent every 2 weeks. Wonderful staff, they are very pleasant people to deal with. I have nothing but good things to say about this place, highly recommend them. Glad to see small businesses in the Auburn area that do great work.
