This was my first time coming to this spa. First impression. Very welcoming, professional, polite and clean place. I got the deep pore facial since i wanted to get rid of my blackheads. It was not a relaxing facial because of the removing of the blackheads and i felt like everything was getting done back to back so i couldn’t relax myself. That being said she did an amazing job and i thank her!! She even gave me some oxygen for free! She said for me to go back in 3 weeks if i liked it and i do like it.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this place. I had booked to get a massage ahead of time. I had booked it for the day before my wedding. My appointment was for 5:30pm and I had received an email to confirm my appointment the day before. I was looking forward to get my massage I receive a phone call 30 min before my massage from the receptionist telling me that the masseuse was on vacation that my appointment was canceled. I was so livid!
