Owner eats in front of customers. My daughter wanted a design, owner is the only one of the ladies that know how to do designs. She told the tech to slapper a gem on her nails. My daughter said she didn’t want a green, she wants a design. So the owner said to put a sticker. Totally uninterested in going my daughter’s nails. Then the owner left telling us to come back tomorrow and she’d do her design.

My mother n I went in for a mani/pedi. They were nice and the pedicure was good but when it came to the mani not so much. The young lady that started my nails was in a hurry to finish so go get her own services done she rushed and cut up my cuticles so bad and filed my nails to nubs. Apparently she can’t do acrylics so another young lady continued my service. She tried her best but barely put enough acrylic to cover the finger. The owner shows up n apologizes for the first lady then shows her how to correctly do the acrylic on one finger. By the end I point out that all my nails are different lengths and she confirms that yes they are but does nothing to correct it. When she informs the owner (who Apparently is the only one who can do designs) that I wanted a design her response was she had to leave and to put a gem on it or a sticker. When I told her I wanted a simple design she said to come back tomorrow and she’ll do it then. I just told her to forget it and put a solid color. I was very dissatisfied at the quality, professionalism, and the attitude of most of the employees/owner
