these photos don’t even do these nails justice. they look like a smoker was around something that was white. they look absolutely terrible. i have never cried in my car over nails but today that changed. anytime i said they looked bad he blamed me for picking the color. he never offered to fix them or find a solution but rather he laughed and continued. two stars is me being gracious. a white base under the yellow would have solved this issue and offering to fix it over laughing would’ve gotten them an outstanding review.

these photos don’t do it justice. this nail salon is clean, nice atmosphere but my nails look awful. they are short but they look awful. the nail polish isn’t evenly distributed it’s all caked up on the cuticles. my pedicure was fine other than the girl cut my toe nails wrong, didn’t cut the sides of the toe like they’re supposed to. the girl was very nice but the paint job on it was bad too. definitely not $80 worth of service. my professional nail lady was absolutely disappointed in the way this pedi was done. if i could give -10 stars i would.

These guys are the best! Very professional. Very nice, clean, bright facility with massage chairs for their pedicure customers. I have been coming here since this business opened, and I have never had a bad experience…and, I am very tough on my nails! Phu and Gigi offer so many services in so many colors that it’s always hard to decide what I want done. Their services are so individualized due to their customers’ requests that they will gladly let you know the cost of anything you want done. Definitely recommend. Expect a little wait on holidays and weekends because this business is popular and gets busy.

Love this salon. It’s clean and close to my job. I always come in for a repair and have yet to stay for a full service but even with minor issues they are professional and courteous. I have never been disappointed and they match colors incredibly well

This was my first visit. Gigi was very welcoming when i walked into the shop. She explained different types of nails and pedicures. Other customers were happily chiming in to help me decide. I was assigned to Tommy and had my first ever pedicure. The massaging chair was a huge plus, very relaxing. Tommy was gentle, polite, and funny. He then did my dip powder nails. He was very thorough and made sure each nail was even. Absolutely beautiful. I will definitely go back again. The service and friendliness was exceptional. Thank you.

My daughter and I visited this place for the first time today. I was outraged by the attitude of Fu and Gigi. I was taking a picture of my daughter getting her nails done and Fu was at a different table and threw up a piece sign and said “you can take mine too” and “make sure you’re nails are right before you leave, but you won’t find a better nail tech than myself”. I was floored! Of course, when i told them they were being rude, they started speaking in another language and then said don’t even worry about them. Not to mention, if you are from out of town, or have your nails done from somewhere else, you are not their preferred customer, therefore, they charge you to take the polish off, to put a different color on a ring finger, however none of this is posted on their sign… nor was it spoken of prior to starting the service. Then they spoke badly about other reputable nail salons that have been around Anderson for over ten years and their prices, when they are not in a position to speak badly about other businesses, or quote their prices. If this is how a company runs their business, I hope people stop supporting them. I would never visit this salon ever again. Customer service goes a long way and they definitely lack it here!! I’ll make sure my next $100 goes to a better salon!!

Stumbled upon this salon and have been extremely satisfied! I had always gotten acrylic nails and they suggested the dip powder nails. I have been getting dip ever since and I a thrilled with the results. Gigi is my technician of choice, she is great!

Nextop Nails…NEVER AGAIN! Ridiculously rude and the tech just got up and never came back! Just left me sitting there with no explanation after cutting my nails down! You will never get another dime from me! If there was a -1 that’s what you’d get! Do better!
