NextUp Barber shop is advertised as Walk-ins are Welcome! This was not the case for me as a first time visitor, I walked in and was not met with any Greeting by anyone even though there were 3 Barbers on the floor. After 15 mins the Head barber goes to eat his food , still no acknowledgement. While another barber finishes a client and takes a nap in the far back chair . After 30 mins still no “Hi , Hello “How May I Help You? “ or any Customer Service . Kids were slap boxing and play fighting all over the work floor as well . After a whole hour of waiting and being looked over I realized Walk-in’s were not welcome. Proceed to this Business with Caution if you are not a Regular.
