So I have the tanning membership here and really liked it so far until today. I saw online that the store hours changed to 8am-8pm which is awesome for my work schedule and gives me more time to come tan after work. Recently, I booked a spray tan appointment online for 6pm and received an email that the appointment was confirmed. When I arrived all the lights were off and no one was at the store. I arrived 10 minutes early, and their old hours were until 6pm so even if they were still under old business hours, they closed up shop early. I tried calling and of course, no response. It was very disappointing. I probably won’t make any more spray tan appointments but will continue to use the membership for the tanning beds if I happen to pop by and they’re open, although I’m completely unsure of the hours at this point. I went to the Facebook page to see if maybe they just closed early today, but didn’t see anything about it.

Website said business opens at 8 am. We wanted to start tanning today but at 8:20 the business was still closed! We will take our business elsewhere. If you are late one day, it is probably a habit!!!!
