Disgusting. Rude, receptionist hung up on me all 3x I called without letting me get a word in and even say I want to make an appointment. She just automatically assumed I was a new client and hangs up. And even if I was I would definitely not come here.

I wasn’t even the client, but one hair dresser/stylist was working on my friend, who had RED SPLAT in his hair and wanted to go grey. (I already knew the process would take forever). Not only did she stick it through (6hours!) She stayed open for him for those 6 hours. She did an AMAZING job and it’s a great salon! I will go myself when I get paid!

Over priced for the quality. Fancy salon and very pretty but she barely dyed my hair back to its original color like I had asked and it looks the same color and had the audacity to charge me so when it looked practically the same as I had walked in and she didn’t even dye all of it just some. Then for my trim she gave me layers which I had specifically asked not to do. I told her I was trying to retain length and I didn’t even have layers but she made them. They don’t even look blended. My hair looks so thin underneath and the top layer is half the length of the bottom one. Wish I had just snipped my dead ends off myself at home, very frustrated. Just wanted to get rid of the color that was grown out and get rid of my dead ends. Waste of money and hair length
