JoAnn and the staff at Next Level have been doing my hair for over 20 years. They have seen me through many different styles, colors, and trends and have nailed every single one of them. I travel over 45 minutes to see these girls and get my hair done on a regular basis because they are amazing at what they do. I would not trust my hair with any other team. They are warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about them. My hair turns out Amazing every time.

I really wanted to write this! BEST PLACE EVER!! I called for a last minute appointment, given my circumstances, and everyone helped and was so accommodating! And worked so hard as a team to get me the color I was looking for! Shoutout to Addison, Joanne & Isara (I might be spelling the name wrong..sorry if am) but honestly hands down! Very disappointed. I had a haircut with Ashley, who didn’t seem very friendly and didn’t ask me much about how I wanted my hair cut. My fine hair is now overly-layered and looks stringy at the bottom as a result. With all of the positive reviews, I didn’t think I’d have a problem getting a simple trim with a few light layers.
