At 6am I booked my appointment for 3:30pm, I arrive at 3pm and my scheduled barber informs me he gave my time slot to his friend and asked me to sit in another barbers chair. I won’t return to this establishment and I will no longer recommend anybody here. Worst customer service I have been given outside of McDonalds and Jack in The Box.
