She’s very knowledgeable about braids ( care & maintenance, human hair vs synthetic. I have had both) She is so gracious and humble about her craft. She is extremely kind, professional, patient and thorough. I’m extremely picky and she ensures I’m completely satisfied every time I leave out the door.
