I walked in this establishment with my 13 year old son who needed a cut bad. There was two barbers and one customer getting a cut at this time. I explained to the guy that was at the counter and free that this was my first time coming here and I needed to get my sons hair cut if he had time. He flat out told me that he didn’t have time when there was clearly No other customers waiting. It does say walk ins welcome and we was turnt away. I was trying to find an established barber to take my son to for now on and this one is clearly not it. If you don’t do walk ins then I would put appt only on your website.

I would not recommend Mani the Barber if going to this barbershop. Got my haircut by this guy one time. It was good. Couldn’t really book him again because of my conflicting schedule with work. Had to get with whoever could work with my hours. Booked this guy all of a sudden out of the blue. He accepted. I went there and walked up to him and he looked like he didn’t even remember he had appointment with me. He preceded to ask what was I getting, before I could even say, he stated “I can’t cut your hair, and walked off and started putting his equipment up. I was thinking to myself WTH. I asked why, he said “I don’t do all that switching up and and stuff”. “If you didn’t like the haircut you could have just told me. I was still lost. Never told this man I had issue with the one time he cut my hair. Just had to get with whoever could get my schedule since all they do is appointments. Man was totally unprofessional and rude.

Not sure why this is on Google with hours listed. I went to this shop because it was close to home so thought I would try them out but when I got there the one person sitting inside by himself said appointment only. This may be a decent shop but hours should definitely be removed from its listing on Google and replaced with, appointment only.

Shy the barber has great skills. I was out of town for truck driving school and he cut my hair great and I didn’t have to have an appointment. I will be seeing him every week while I’m here for school.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had an appointment on today at 10:00AM with Shi and he stated that he forgot about my appointment and wanted me to wait an hour for him to come back from Hinesville, Ga. I stated no because that was totally unprofessional I asked if any other barber could take me they all stated no. This was totally un-call for and this business needs to be closed down and the Savannah and Pooler , GA. Area needs to stop supporting this business because it’s totally unprofessional and does not care about their clients at all. Totally unprofessional establishment and staff this shop needs to be closed down immediately due to unprofessionalism and not putting their clients first the owner Shi and his other barbers has to remember that his customers are the reason why they are in business or have a business, because with no customers and bad customers service your business will go down and trust me you will loose it.
