Critical: QualityI called and asked about their perms my son wanted one they said they did it all the time and it was 50 with a hair cut. When I got there they ended up doing 2 perms said the first perm was expired but I just talked to them 2 days before appointment and said they do it all the time if so then why would perm be expired. I called and asked about their perms my son wanted one they said they did it all the time and it was 50 with a hair cut. When I got there they ended up doing 2 perms said the first perm was expired but I just talked to them 2 days before appointment and said they do it all the time if so then why would perm be expired. They chopped his hair all different lengths the picture was taken 2 hours after we left not curls at all and hair looks awful don’t waste time or money here

Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI give it 5 stars for my haircut a year ago. But for my haircut today 2 stars. Last time i went in there, there was a really friendly bigger asian man that was very helpful and kind. Today i went in there to get my haircut and i had it done by a small asian man who was incredibly rude. He was helpful when it came to styles but overall rude. He told me i had oily hair and kept making comments on it when thats the first time I’ve ever been told that. He didn’t reccomend any shampoos or anything until later but kept making comments anyways. At one point he’s yanking my hair and asks me if i ever even brush it. That was unnecessary.
