I haven’t done my hair in 5 years have a medium short hair and 195$$ plus taxes 206$ for highlights I considered pricey. She said 130 for highlights than 30 for cut and 35 for something. I never had the experience that they charged separately for things. Usually they include all in one price. My mistake was i never asked for price before hand.
