Had my a mani pedi 3 days ago. While everyone was extremely nice, the tech doing my nails over filed my nails to the point they are breaking. I have worn gel nails for a while now and this was the first time in years that I’ve ever had this kind of issue. By the end of the first day the gel polish was already chipping due to how extremely thin my nails had been filed. (When I say filed, the tech took at minimum 4 passes with different dremel bits). By day two my nails were breaking.

Got a basic pedicure. I seem to get the same person every time, and she isn’t very good. She has bad customer service skills, and she is rough. I have given Nexgen a few opportunities to provide a nice experience, but I am done and will be finding a new salon.
