First time here and the experience was pleasant. I usually go to another salon, but this was closer and I was in a rush to get my nails done. The salon is clean and they sanitize the seats after a customer leaves. I got a manicure and pedicure with extensions and coffin shape and it was around $80-90 which is not bad. They are very up front about extra charges which is nice.

Nails were awful! They did not dip them enough, uneven and bumps in them worst experience EVER! If you want nails done right this is not the place!

I love that they are upfront about their prices. I’ve gone here many times and even have a lot of my family/friends going here as well. Usually services are great. Today’s service was good, but I would of liked my nails a little cleaner. This place is still 5 stars in my opinion. They worked hard to make me happy today. Im pretty satisfied. Pedicure worked a miracle lol highly recommend this place to everyone ❤️

I usually don’t write reviews but I was extremely disappointed with my experience this time around. I have never had someone speed through a manicure so much. The cuticles are sloppy, I can see through the nail polish in some spots, and the entire polish is bumpy. Most of the time I get a pretty good quality of nails, but Ivy rushed through and destroyed my nails as a result.

I don’t usually write a review, but this salon did not meet my expectations as this was mine and my best friends first time here. Upon entering there was a clipboard menu allowing you to choose your options. We decided to get basic mani/pedis but when he was asked about details about services, instead of explaining to us, the front desk guy, he kinda just chose for us and then showed us to our seats. Our pedis were great! It wasn’t until they started the manis when the disappointment started kicking in. Rewind to when we were seated, I guess is when everyone decided they were going to get their nails done also. With that being said the “nail tech” who did my friends mani did a VERY POOR job. The nails were uneven, the hands were not compared, the color wasn’t correct and you could tell he did not dip the other hand enough to even it out. Side note: what happened to the salons that used to care about leaving gunk underneath your new nails??? Once my mani started I was a little nervous how my nails would turn out…. I had a ton of gunk under my nails, my nails were bumpy, uneven color. I even told Jolene (my nail tech)about my friends poor experience and no apologies were given not even a discount. In total we spent $162 for uneven, jacked up mani’s that we could have done ourselves. We will keep searching for the right salon who takes time with their customers and cares about the job they have done, until then we WILL NOT be returning to NexGen Nail Bar!!! Also keep in mind the photo uploaded with this review was AFTER my friend had got a nail file to fix her OWN nails while still in the salon!!!!!

I am very disappointed with Jacklyn the way she did my nexgen (dip powder), the first three days two of my nails chipped, I came back and they fixed it. A week later another nail chipped, I can’t just go back and forth to the salon to fix my nail since it’s very inconvinient. This is my first time trying to this salon and probably will be the last time. They didn’t have my number saved thankfully I still kept the receipt. Waste of $45

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI don’t get acrylics often. This was like my second time getting them. First, I hadn’t realized until I left that the lady that did my nails hadn’t even cut them first or offered to cut them. But that’s not the main issue. After getting my acrylics my nails hurt the rest of the day and the next. I wasn’t sure why and since I didn’t have time to drop by I just ignored it. Now like 2 weeks later I’ve noticed that my nail is not even attached to the acrylic like it looks gone.
