Got there today around 1000 with my 9-month old, signed up and picked a number. Waited on the side of the barber shop across GNC for over an hour until my number got called. As I was getting up and getting ready to push my baby’s stroller inside, the caller didn’t wait enough and just called the next number after me. The next guy went in and the caller just skipped me even though Arci saw me and acknowledged me when I told her I should be the one sitting there and getting the haircut right now. She just said I’ll be next but since I’ve already waited for over an hour and needed to take care of my baby, I just walked out and left. The people who works there need to wait a second or two before calling another number in the queue, and this has happened a lot of times. But today when the caller/barber blatantly skipped me was a first. That was unprofessional.
