How unprofessional! Multiple people get here prior to 0800 waiting around for over 50 mins and no barber shows up. This is a military instillation not a shop out in town. Hire new barbers or fire management.

Appointment only! I know the website says different but don’t try and just show up. You have to get you temp checked even though you are already inside the NEX and on top of that their thermometers are super inaccurate. One day I was at “108”! So I was turned away instead of using common sense that a person with 108 fever probably won’t be walking around trying to get a hair cut

The barber said he knew how to do a high and tight flat top, he waxed it down and when I got home I realized it was horrible with more uneven hairs then even. After 20 years active duty this was by far the worst hair cut ever.
