In 2021 she became a certified Yoga Instructor to further her understanding of the body and muscles. She works with people with injuries, chronic pain and emotional trauma. conditions such as headaches, migraines, concussions, TMJ, sciatica, low back pain, tendinitis plantar fasciitis, and injury rehabilitation as well as anxiety, PTSD, depression stress disorders, and loss. Her sessions are crafted with a holistic approach with an understanding that true health and wellness comes from connecting mind body AND spirit for optimum results.

I have been having a lot of foot pain, and I can’t believe how deep Ani works reflexology wise! Every time I visit there I am wondering why she does not open up her own studio with staff, she is truly someone gifted on the top tier. Ani has done cupping and deep tissue work on me when I’ve had heavy work outs or pain. I highly recommend her services.WOW!
