Went in for a cut and color and while I loved the cut and my stylist was a sweetheart, there were a couple aspects I wasn’t satisfied with. I talked to the owner and she was so very sweet and professional. She made sure to fix the issue immediately. Couldn’t be happier with the staff at this place, just very respectful and understanding.

I had got in and gotten my hair cut by one of their hair stylist and I really liked how she cut my hair she did an amazing job and the manager at the store did an incredible job on coloring my hair. I went to the salon hoping to get my hair deep conditioned and straightened as my hair is pretty curly and benefits from a deep moisturizing. First of all, the lady who was doing my hair did not preform a deep conditioning- she shampooed and conditioned my hair, washing the product out right away. She did not let the conditioner sit in my hair or put me under a hot dryer which is what is usually done when you get a deep conditioning treatment. It was very obvious she wanted to speed through my hair service.

I got my hair done by Sammy and she did a great job for a good price. She left NewStyle in Suamico so yesterday I had a different gal Stephanie. She did the exact same thing as Sammy did but charged me $60 more than what Sammy charged me. She did a great job but the $60 price increase was absurd. I inquired about it and all she had to say what’s “ Sammy didn’t change you enough.” Very disappointed, will never go back.

I went to get just a simple haircut because I am going on vacation and when I got home I realized that it’s not even in the back, the front of my hair is longer then the back, and I’m missing chunks out of random spots. It literally looks like a toddler cut my hair. I am now looking for someone to fix it because I tried to call back but the call won’t go through. My co-worker also got her hair cut by her a few weeks ago and she has the same problem. If I would of known it was the same girl I would of asked for someone else to do it.
