I had the worst experience here. Went for the consultation and a treatment in January, and after they kept canceling my appointments, telling that the doctor is not there first, then the laser machine is not working for the whole month! They told me they will contact me when it’s working and never did call me back! My friend called them with her phone and they were ok to take her and laser machine miraculously worked! The worst customer service and experience, very unprofessional! They just attract new customers take photos of you and go silent! Don’t go here!

I’ve been going here since 2014. In June of this year I requested an IPL treatment to even out my skin tone. I was left with 2nd and 3rd degree burns which I am now paying someone else to remove. He had the IPL laser set at too high of an intensity. It left black scabs for a week and when they flaked of my problem areas were 10 shades darker than the rest of my face. Now 5 month later it is starting to lighten but still not completely gone. I trusted Dr Darush and don’t know why he would do this high of an intensity and why he passed the laser over the same spot multiple times causing the burns to be layers deep. I contacted them and got $150 refund for the IPL treatment. BUT $150 DOESNT FIX leaving me with dark spots on my face for over 5 months.

Waited 20 min without any communication at all that they’re running late and with an eta wait time. Had to leave due to other obligations.
