Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCame here with my 2 daughters and friend. They didn’t do the correct colors we asked for and CUT every single one of us badly. I ended up leaving without even getting my nails done (they just removed my previous gel) because they were so rude and I wanted to get out ASAP. They left a nail polish out without the top screwed on so when my daughter picked it up it spilled. They ignored us and no one cleaned it up for 20 minutes and when I asked for a paper towel to clean her shoes myself, they told me they couldn’t give me a paper towel & to clean it myself when I got home. After leaving without even getting my nails done, they still overcharged me by at least $50! I questioned the bill and they said it was correct so I paid and left but will never ever come back. Came here with my 2 daughters and friend. They didn’t do the correct colors we asked for and CUT every single one of us badly. I ended up leaving without even getting my nails done (they just removed my previous gel) because they were so rude and I wanted to get out ASAP. Horrible. Spent $25 for a pedicure that took about 10 minutes. I got a five-second foot massage and a five-second foot scrub. That was it. All they really did was a nail color change for $25.00. Don’t waste your money, not a relaxing experience.

Went in planning to spend $35 on a regular mani pedi, and ended up spending $95 because every additional thing they asked if I wanted (which at most places would be a value-add for a mani/pedi) was a massive additional cost. Like a decent shoulder massage that costed $30 which I found out when I went to pay! Terrible customer experience.
