I had a major hair crisis after my former hair stylist butchered a simple balayage. After such high recommendation from a few girlfriends, I reached out to Leslie and she booked me immediately without hesitation. The experience was so great, professional, and friendly! I felt like I was visiting with an old friend while getting a 5-star treatment! Critical: QualityTERRIBLE WAXING EXPERIENCE. I went to this place to get my upper lip and eyebrows waxed. The woman was extremely rough with my skin, gave me very thin and uneven brows, left the wax all over my face without removing it, and only removed half of my upper lip hair. TERRIBLE WAXING EXPERIENCE. I went to this place to get my upper lip and eyebrows waxed. The woman was extremely rough with my skin, gave me very thin and uneven brows, left the wax all over my face without removing it, and only removed half of my upper lip hair. It was a terrible experience that left my skin in pain for weeks. I’m still in pain right now. They clearly have no idea what they’re doing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

A coworkers daughter went here to get a balayage color!! It was nothing at all like a balayage or even ombré!! It looked exactly like they just dipped the very bottom of her hair in bleach!! It’s almost an exact line across the top of the dye job!! Worst of all they have yet to hear from the manager whom they emailed with their concern!!

Horrible service. Went to get shellac and ended up with polish on my skin, multiple nails with cloth fibers under the polish, and large missed spots. When the manager came up to hear my complaints, her response was “it’s difficult when you have such short nails.” She redid them, but they still did not look great.
