A week ago, I took my nephew who is special needs for a haircut. They advertise the haircut is $14 bucks and they charged my nephew $20, I feel Fred took advantage of him, my nephew got a military style hair cut which should have only been $14 bucks. This is false advertisement. So sad, we will never go there. Shame on you Fred! Head shave
