This is my first time coming to this store and I was so glad I did the minute I walked in I was greeted by pure love 5stars to the hostess. Then went to do my procedure because they are on point with schedules the technician gets 5 star made me feel so happy thought I was in a spa the office smells so good and the vibes are just right. I originally started coming here in 2018 with a Groupon for laser hair removal. Over the years I’ve had a couple sessions in other places, but this is definitely my favorite. It’s super clean, they respond to requests in a really timely manner, and everyone is so nice. The services start on time and are pretty quick. Even though I no longer live/work nearby, I am happy to make the trek uptown to continue being a client here.

I have to say I love this spa and would highly recommend it. The staff are so friendly. The technician said she was using the newest machine. It has a really good cooling system which makes the treatment less painful. And their prices are great! Be aware of the strict no-show policy ($75 fee). It’s not as fancy and modern of a spa as other ones I’ve gone to, but I think it’s great value for the price and service!
