I have seen these doctors for a long time and my complain is about their receptionist’s professionalism. I encountered 2 issues so far that made me move on. First, they have never forward my pap smear results to Northwestern where I got my baby. Secondly, I needed a form to be filled out for my employment that states that I am physically able to work in a school setting, so I am not blind or have any other physical (walking) issues. Since I had done all my blood work and tests in February, I thought that this could be a quick appt for me. However, the receptionist refused to set up an appt for me on Saturday saying that Saturdays are only for emergencies. She expected me to take a day off work for this appt. I tried to explain her that I can’t start a job taking days off in the beginning and this should be a quick appt since I don’t have any health issues. It was no way to communicate with Veronica ( the receptionist). She was not flexible at all and she didn’t make any efforts to help me with my appt. She treated me with disrespect.

2 hour wait to actually see Doctor. As you sit there, you’ll see/hear multiple patients called for =your= appointment time, takes HMO patients – then treats them like cattle – I guess unaware that these people pay a lot of money and take time off of THEIR jobs to be there to get HELP – and instead are treated like they are animals or freeloaders. Honestly the worst attititude about care that I have ever seen in my life, and that includes free clinics I have been in on mercy missions to 3rd world countries.
