Edited to add due to owner comment. I have never worked for this establishment and never would even if paid more money than I would ever make. This review is not falsely written and I can provide proof of everything stated in here. This review is also not bias due to me getting along with the two technicians I had other than the owner herself who did the teeth whitening treatment. She messaged me after this saying I was wrong but still did not respond to my messages to her and my request for treatment records. Saying I still have to pay for the appointments she canceled on me stating I broke the “contract” when it’s a waiver. Which I never did anything to break any kind of agreement. They don’t guarantee to offer “refunds” but it’s not a refund either if the service wasn’t provided. I can attach screenshots if needed to prove I’m not making false accusations.
