Such warmth and kindness. I had a wonderful experience at this salon. Ms. Tina did a great job with my hair, she was very patient with a steady hand. I first went to Tina over a decade ago and have never found a better stylist since. She is so knowledgeable, highly experienced, caring, trustworthy, sweet and an one-of-a kind type of woman. I started taking my niece to her and always recommend her whenever I get a chance. Her salon is always warm and welcoming. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI never leave a review but I’m just confused why I’m the only one with such a bad experience with this stylist, I got a relaxer on 10/6 from Ms. Tina my hair is so under processed, first thing that gave red flags was the application when she turned me away from the mirror then was finished within 5 minutes or less I thought her being a professional made the process much faster but I felt like my hair was not separated enough for proper application even after my hair was washed I mentioned certain parts of my hair still being curly not wavy but curly. I was told it’s fine it’ll be better after it’s styled, well it showed the next day when I noticed my roots were still textured and other parts of my hair. I was told to come back in on 10/13 one week after getting relaxed I thought that was odd, after speaking with several persons and researching I called Ms. Tina back to express that’s not safe for my hair, also I wasn’t comfortable nor did I trust her enough to do my hair especially after telling me multiple times that I can come back one week after a relaxer to do a correction.
