I got my eyebrows done from Deepali and I had worse experience of my life. She completely ruined my eyebrows and was not at all accepting that she made a mess of my eyebrows, let alone an apology! She even charged me for the service which I was not at all happy about. This was the second time that I had this experience with her. After my first experience, I still gave her a chance thinking she was new at my first visit but second visit was worse than first!

I go here all the time and the ladies are absolute sweethearts. But today i went in and had the worst experience ever. Deepali did my eyebrows and was getting so frustrated that her thread kept breaking and took her frustration out on my face. Was extremely aggressive and rude, and even asked previous customer before me if he will be leaving a tip. Unprofessional and weird ! She would not have smacked my face around if i was a white person!
