Critical: ProfessionalismOn the phone I was told I would get a spray tan which I was ok with in person I got talked into ordering multiple sessions for a tanning bed. Manipulation. I was talked into something I was very unsure about and ended up doing one session and felt so guilty after seeing how 1 session of tanning in a tanning bed raises huge chances of skin cancer. I didn’t go back and I lost my money for the other sessions because of the no refund policy which is such a robbery. But they didn’t care they got the money they wanted. On the phone I was told I would get a spray tan which I was ok with in person I got talked into ordering multiple sessions for a tanning bed. Manipulation. I love this place!! Nicole is so polite and professional.. I go for the sauna wrap, you will leave feeling great!! I recommend buying a package, you’ll want more after the 1st time!

unreal. their “best beds” … the plastic is melted by the bulbs. no music on the machine. vents are coming out of their sockets , and it’s been like this for months after complaint after complaint. things like this reflects management and shows that things aren’t being done correctly. now i question whether these snooty girls even clean those beds or not

It’s a good place to tan But..they are expensive. Never have any deals like Beach Bum did, And tanning is NOT free on Sundays. You have to buy a lotion packet. Prices start around 7 or 8$ Ohh and I bring my own cleaner and paper towel to clean the bed. They use the same dirty towel to clean everyone’s bed

Bought a package for my wife and was told Sundays were free. WRONG!! Fine print ..must buy a lotion for $7. I feel cheated. You lost us as costumers and will lose others with your stupid lotion selling schemes.
